Singularybas “Greymouth”

21.

Singularybas “Greymouth”

is single leaved and has its filamentous lateral sepals to the fore, also an upstanding column, both unlike its Nematoceras cousins. One large colony inland from Greymouth has no dark colour anywhere and its flower form is midway between the commoner S. oblongus and S. “aestivalis”. Flowers are 10mm long (excluding the filaments) and open in November, December. More information is needed about this unique taxon.
