red/cyan anaglyph. This is an unnamed taxon bearing a tag-name derived from the lateral sepals sweeping back as in P. patens but the dorsal sepal coming straight out as in P. banksii although it would be only three quarters the size of either, just some 47mm. between tips of dorsal and lateral sepals. It is not uncommon in the Aorangi Mountains in the far south of the North Island. These shots were taken on 27 Nov 2004 on a frigid Saturday alongside Sutherland Track.
